At TULA, we want you to glow inside and out, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange products that don't meet your skin's needs. We make the process seamless so you can focus on finding the perfect probiotic-powered routine.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Glow

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
